Resveratrol(trans-resveratrol) is a natural phytonutrient, a polyphenol produced by plants in response to damage or pathogens. It is found in foods such as grapes, blueberries and raspberries, as well as in red wine. It helps improve blood pressure, cholesterol levels, body weight and blood cell health. In addition, it is often combined with NMN for enhanced anti-aging effects.

Recommended daily dose:of 500mg (1 spoon). Do not exceed 1000mg per day.

Shelf life:2 years.

Resveratrol dissolves infats(it is liposoluble). For better absorption, we suggest taking it together with e.g. spoon of olive oiloils, coconut oil, full fatyogurtor similar.
